Established in 2011, Wholly Power Productions originally focused on holistic fitness programs for the mind, body, and spirit, including the popular Trinity Fitness 4 Life coaching program.

The company adapted its approach in response to the California wildfires of 2017 and 2019, as well as the 2020 pandemic, shifting its emphasis to mental health and well-being. Introducing practices like Caring Science and HeartMath, clients experienced increased resilience and heart-brain coherence to navigate life's challenges effectively.

Expanding its offerings in 2020, Wholly Power Productions ventured into literature with the 'Metaphysical Love Stories' series, blending entertainment with self-help techniques to address issues like repressed grief, anger, and chronic pain. In 2024, the company released its first non-fiction book, "Wake Up! Get Up in the Morning Feeling Happy to Be Alive Instead of Wishing You Hadn't Woken Up at All," presenting a 4-step plan to help individuals move from awareness to inspired action in overcoming various personal challenges.

Dr. Andrea Hall, also known as Betty Andrea Hall, resides in the picturesque Northern California Wine Country, surrounded by a close-knit community of family, friends, and loved ones.

With a rich history of writing poetry, short stories, theses, and dissertations, Andrea's lifelong dream has been to publish fiction that reflects her deepest passions: God, Love, Metaphysics, Nursing, Relationships, Emotional Growth, and Nature. Her passion for writing was sparked by spending hours on the top bunk of her identical twin sisters’ beds. She read their stories eagerly, awaiting each page as they unfurled from the typewriter and were handed to her. Inspired to write by the two who planted and watered the seeds of her creativity, Andrea’s first published works of fiction and non-fiction are dedicated to Brenda Joanne and Lynda Diane Hall.

Driven by her quest for a deeper connection with God and a holistic approach to healing, Andrea's exploration of metaphysics and mind-body sciences such as HeartMath and Caring Science led her to a profound understanding of the interconnectedness of physical and spiritual well-being. Her triumph over chronic pain through pain reprocessing therapy inspired her to help others on their healing journeys, embodying her unwavering commitment to spreading love, light, and encouragement. Andrea's passion for mind-body healing and coaching is a testament to her dedication to uplifting herself and those around her, creating a ripple effect of positivity and well-being in her community.

My sessions with Dr. Hall feel more like conversations with a friend than with a therapist. One of the most valuable things I’ve learned from her is a breathing technique I use whenever I feel stressed. I practice it in the car, in public, at work, and even in the shower. She has a talent for teaching me small strategies that make a big impact on my life.

Working with Dr. Hall and following the steps in her book, “Wake Up!” encouraged me to self-reflect on my life. The book is a quick and easy read but has powerful questions. Following the steps of self-awareness, acceptance, owning up to what I am responsible for in my life, and waking up to the fact that I could create a life of my liking was life-changing. Certain things she said in the book and reiterated during our conversations stay with me, and I refer back to them and her when new issues creep up.

Andrea is a very positive person who has made me a more positive person. She doesn’t just tell me how to live a more positive life. She walks the talk. Dr. Andrea is smart and intuitive, sensitive, and empathetic toward others’ feelings. I enjoy working with her. She helps make the world make sense to me. I’m not so negative about the world and life in general anymore.

I love Dr. Dre. She’s like a big old heart, but not a mushy one. I have a strong personality, so, at first, I didn’t think she’d be strong or assertive enough to call me on my stuff. I was wrong. She didn’t do it in a mean or harsh way, but she re-directed me when I wanted to blame everyone else for my issues. She challenged me to “Own Up” to my stuff (step 3). She’s a great coach with a great program that is easy to follow and gets results.

I attended a HeartMath workshop that Dr. Hall facilitated. I was so impressed by the content and her as a presenter that I signed up for her coaching course, and I’m glad that I did. I came for the HeartMath, but I got so much more. She helped me through a very rough patch in my life. If things get worse again, I know I have more tools to deal with them, and I have the right coach to help me.
