Wake-Up

You'll take responsibility for the time you awakened in emotional or physical pain to the time you wake up happier, calmer, more at ease, more resilient, and more coherent. I will support you throughout the process.

    I love Dr. Dre. She’s like a big old heart, but not a mushy one. I have a strong personality, so, at first, I didn’t think she’d be strong or assertive enough to call me on my stuff. I was wrong. She didn’t do it in a mean or harsh way, but she re-directed me when I wanted to blame everyone else for my issues. She challenged me to “Own Up” to my stuff (step 3). She’s a great coach with a great program that is easy to follow and gets results.
